Thank you for purchasing from Grill Advantage! You can order our products right from our online store. Grill Advantage has all our products in stock and ready to ship anywhere in the U.S.

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase.
The product must be in the same condition you received it, new and sellable, and undamaged in any way. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless there is a manufacturer defect. Returns are at the cost of the buyer.
After we receive the product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
